Agree wirg various earlier commenters about missing features/capabilities, especially that there should always be the option to convert to the original resolution and this should be added ASAP in the next program update! There is a place to RETRIEVE a number you've already registered with, but RETRIEVE isn't the same as GET and entering your email without a password in that input area DOES NOT WORK.īTW, FORUMS held the answer, but by the time I got back home to my PC, downloaded, installed and ran into this brick wall, and read Forums, it was too late try to register.
